Let's just start by saying this place is amazing. Carla (the manager) is the best manager I've ever encountered. She is nice, inviting, and makes sure that everything is okay with your purchase even after you have paid and gone. She really helped me out with my problem with no reservations. She is very knowledgeable about vaping and everything that goes into it. I was/am a newbie and I felt very comfortable with her. Also, please buy their liquids, they are far and beyond better than anything around the area. They may be a little expensive but trust me just do it! I'm super happy with my purchase and the customer service. Carla is AMAZING., My vape is awesome, and all my problems a month later were handled with care and understanding. Super A+ to Vapor Galleria. Thanks a bunch, I feel like money was more than well spent.

Amazing deals and amazing people

In the past 4 months I have been to many many CBDs shops all that kind of stuff searching for something to help me with the pain in my back without having to use opiates the Galleria folks have been more than cordial and welcome and very informational everyone that works there is very well informed they don't mind answering questions in fact they welcome questions and if they don't have an answer they will get you one also but checking on my budget the amount of money that I've been spending the Galleria prices have been better and they give good discounts I'm 74 years old and they treat me as well as anyone that walked through the door not like some places to put old folks last when you walk through that door you're number one there and that's what I like I'm also a veteran they give good discounts to us you really owe it to yourself to drop in and visit

I love the fact that it's family owned and a great atmosphere to relax and try out any flavor of e-juice you like until you find the one that's best for you. Going here you will never be stuck with an e-juice thats not to your liking.. The first and best vape bar I've ever been too in Houston ..

Came in to buy a new vape and the guys working were polite and knowledgeable. Set it up for me before I left and explained everything. 5 stars guys! Thank you
